Small Group training is focused on intensive sessions dedicated to creating an intimate relationship between the player and the ball. We focus on touch, manipulation, and vision, ensuring you are “comfortable on the ball” in any high-pressure situation.
The Facility
The Pitch is conveniently housed within the Lexington Athletic Club (LAC) at 3882 Mall Road, Lexington, Kentucky. Its impressive, newly designed space is approximately 5400 square feet of beautiful turf, making it a premier, five-a-side sports facility for soccer players.
The Pitch offers the following services:
- Half field and full field rentals
- Futsal leagues
- 3V3 tournaments
- Technical and speed and agility training
The location is safe and convenient:
- Centrally located with easy access to Nicholasville Road
- Plenty of available parking to accommodate large teams
- Well lit parking lot for safety and security
- LAC is an established business in the athletic community

Training Programs
Speed, Agility and Quickness Training
S+A+Q is offered through Xponent Sports Performance on various days of the week.
Technical Training
Small group training sessions focus on a high number of touches in 60 minutes. GK Training Opportunities, Small Group Training Opportunities and Packages available. For more details follow the link above.
All training participants will need a completed waiver on file.
